Cake Pop Madness!!

Here are some of the Cake Pops I have made recently!! HUGE shout out to MyCakeSchool for having a tutorial on how to make these bite-sized yummies! It is seriously the BEST and easiest "how-to" on cake pops...trust me, I've looked all over the place and this tutorial is the only one that has helped me conquer my nemesis (as my daughter put it)!!

So without further adieu, let's dive in to some Cake Pops!!

We are all mad, bonkers....

Sweet Sabrina's 16th Birthday Party!! She had a vintage Mad Hatter Tea Party and it was fabulous!

I had the privilege of making marshmallow pops, "Mad Hatter" marshmallows, a cake, and setting up the candy bar! The candy bar had yummy treats: Pink Swizzle Sticks, Caramel Kisses, Blueberry Candy Sticks, Watermelon and Blue Raspberry Wedges, and Blue Raspberry Gummy Bears! I also handmade all the labels and tags!

It was a wonderful party and I was blessed to have a small part in making it that way :)

**And, thank you to Youssef 242 for hosting this party! SUPER yummy food and wonderful owners!!

Updates Coming!!!

Please forgive the scaled down version of my web page!!
I am currently redesigning my logo and color template!

Exciting changes are coming soon.....

I had the privilege to be asked to make cupcakes for a doctors' office by a dear friend! It was fun to add details to the cupcakes! There is something very satisfying about taking different ingredients and creating these yummy treats!

She provided the cups...aren't they cute?! I just added a little ribbon to them! I have similar ones in different patterns. I found them at TJ Maxx, $2.99 for 25 cups! And the best part, they are stand-alone cups...meaning, you can line them up on a cookie sheet! Saves SO much time :)

One of the joys of baking is to get to sample the
messed up ones :)

Chocolate Cupcakes with Peppermint ButterCream
and topped with Peppermint Bark

Apple Pie Cupcakes

The more I make these the better they get! I have made them for showers, birthdays, and other parties! Recently, the Apple Pie Cupcakes with Cinnamon ButterCream seems to be the flavor most requested! Is it the yummy apple cake or the gooey cinnamon filling or is it the rich ButterCream? What ever it is, I think I'll be making these a lot :)
